Payment is due at the time of service. If there is insurance, we provide the completed insurance claims, the necessary x-rays and the addressed envelope at the time of service. Each patient is responsible for mailing the claim. The insurance company then mails the benefit check to the patient. Being sensitive to the fact that people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide alternative payment options.
